Blaines Tip of the Week

If you own a boat and trailer it, simply driving the boat onto the trailer is not enough. There is something called wind, which will blow the boat right off the trailer. TIE IT DOWN!

I saw this guy today while I was driving to Everglades National Park... So we all can learn a lesson at his expense. :)

I haven't been doing tip of the week recently but I'll try and start doing them again...

This tip is a plug for BatteryBarn.com! These guys are awesome. It's the 3rd time I've ordered from them and every time I have a great experience.

A name brand Canon 5d battery goes for 50 bucks at BH Photo, but at Battery Barn you can get an off-brand one for $12.45! I've been using the off brands as well as my name brand Canons and have never noticed a difference.

I'm leaving for a 3 week trip on Tuesday so I wanted to be stocked up on batteries. I ordered 3 camera batteries and 8 rechargeable AA's from Battery Barn and I received them just 2 days later, and only paid $3.00 for super fast shipping!

Don't let their ghetto looking website scare you off. It works well and thats all that matters. I would have never ordered from them because of the website... but it was recommended from a good person, so I gave it a shot!
