just a FYI... when I post a "what the heck is it" the object is most likely something you have seen or used recently. i keep it simple. if it's not an everyday object, i'll let ya know....

well by the indentions made by the mold, i can say it is made of a plastic/ rubber material.. but no idea of what it could be.
I'm a freaking idiot... I've looked at these things sooooo many times in my life... how could I ever forget the cap to my Nalgene bottle? The only piece on a Nalgene you can break...
